Recycling Program for Residential Accounts

No-Sort Recycling Is Here!
There is no longer any need to sort, so recycling is now quick and easy!

No-Sort Recycling means that all your recyclables (glass, plastic, paper, cardboard, etc.) can be put into one bin, no sorting required!

As a part of our recycling program, we provide each customer with a 64-gallon toter/barrel which is on wheels with a lid and handle  - making it easy and convenient to bring your recycling to the curb!


Here for your convenience some important points about No-Sort Recycling:

• The recycling route is done on an every-other-week basis.
  
• The toter will hold all of your recyclables (see list on following page).
  
• We ask that the recycling be put out at the end of the driveway by 7:00AM.
  
• All of your recyclables can go directly into the toter - please do not bag your recycling. Just put your recycling into the toter barrel loosely.
  
• We provide each customer with a magnetic calendar that lets you know which weeks to put your recycling out.
  
• We are proud to be members in good standing of The Northeast Resource Recovery Association which allows us to transport our recycling to a (what kind of?) site in Billerica, MA. (link > http://www.nrra.net)

Here are a few important points to help make recycling collection easy and efficient:

• Please rinse food containers as much as possible.
  
• Please do not bag the recyclables (bags make the recycling process less efficient).
  
• Please recycle items according to the info provided on the next page.
  
• Please break down your cardboard and place on top of co-mingles, under the cover of the toter (or outside the toter if you need to make room).
  
• Please have the recycling toter at the curb by 7 a.m. on the same day that we pick up your trash.
  
• Please note that recycling is picked up every other week according to the attached schedule.
  
• Recycling weeks are highlighted in pink. This calendar can also be found online at (calendar page)
  
• If you ever have any issues with your toter (loose wheels, worn hinges, etc.), please give us a call and we will gladly swap the toter, free of charge.
